You can get your Indiana driving record via the IN Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV). With this driving record, you’ll get your driving history and your personal information. Driving records can be used by:

- Payment for the $4 fee
- A completed form requesting for Driver Records (Form 53789).

Ordering Your Own Indiana Driving Record
To order your own Indiana driving record, you either can do it through online, in person or by mail.
You’ll need an IN BMV online account to request your IN driving record online. If you still don’t have one, you’ll need to register by providing:
- The first 5 digits of your zip code
- Your IN driver's license number
- The last 4 digits of your Social Security number (SSN).
Once registered, you need to log into your account and then follow instructions. If you are looking for your driving record, you’ll be required to provide credit, an e-check, or debit card for a fee of $4. And to request your Indiana BMV driving record in person or by mail, you’ll need:
- To pay a fee of $4
- A completed Request for Driver Records (Form 53789).
