Right to Access and Use Vehicle History Reports
As a user, you agree that VinFreeCheck grants you a non-exclusive, limited, revocable and non-transferable license in order to gain information and use the Vehicle History Reports that are created by the website for the personal use only and these reports are generated as in accordance with the agreement. We do not allow you to make any kind of alterations or publish, showcase and take part in the transfer or sale, rent, act as some brokers, or grant/ revoke access to any third party, and you are not permitted to exploit these reports in any way that could violate the terms and conditions listed in this agreement. The user understands that we do not allow anyone to copy, redistribute, publish, retransmit or use these reports for any commercial purposes. The download of any material from our website without getting written permission from VinFreeCheck is not allowed.
VinFreeCheck has the right at any time for any reason or no reason to suspend or terminate your Account, terminate this Agreement, and/or refuse any and all current or future use of the Services without notice or liability to you. In the event that VinFreeCheck suspends or terminates your Account or this Agreement, you understand and agree that you shall receive no refund or exchange for any unused time on a subscription, any license or subscription fees, any content or data associated with your Account, or for anything else.
Payment
All the payments are accepted in the U.S dollars via approved payment processor. You might have to pay taxes that could be assessed based on your zip code. All sales are final after 30 days.
Refund Policy
As VinFreeCheck, we tend to establish an individual approach to our members and aim to satisfy all the needs and desires of our users by providing efficient services. In case you are not satisfied with the services, you are able to send refund request within 14 days of your purchase.
VinFreeCheck provides refunds in the case of any error in title data not correct as evidenced by a copy or proof of such data error from a state title document. If you can provide such evidence of error and we will provide you a full refund. Your email refund request must be accompanied by documented proof of an error. This proof could be information contained in a copy of a state title document, or other recognized form of official documentation.
We do not, however, provide refunds for records not available to VinFreeCheck, such as information on previous owners name, lien/loan owner information, accident records, recent odometer readings, or title events from states not participating in the NMVTIS program.
